Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Mirathis at domain mirathis.top. We offer executive training and business coaching services. By reserving a service, purchasing an infoproduct, or ordering a good, you agree to these terms.

2. Services (Executive Training & Business Coaching)

Our live sessions may be held in person or online. Booking is confirmed upon full payment. Mirathis reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants may request a transfer to another session date if made at least 14 days before the start. Bespoke one-on-one sessions are non-refundable due to exclusive time allocation. Seating on group events is limited and may be closed when capacity is reached.

3. Infoproducts

Infoproducts include digital courses, workbooks, and other materials delivered electronically. Access begins upon purchase confirmation. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and provided no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. After this threshold, access is considered full consumption and no refund will be granted.

4. Goods

Goods include physical items such as books, apparel, and stationery. Orders are processed after payment confirmation and shipped to the address you provide. You may return unopened and undamaged goods within 30 days of receipt. return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

5. Refund Policy

At Mirathis, customer satisfaction is a priority. To request a refund or transfer, please contact us via contact.html. Refunds are issued within 10 business days using the original method of payment.

Services: If Mirathis cancels a session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future date. Transfers for scheduled sessions are allowed with a written request at least 14 days before the start date. Requests made later will not be refunded.

One-on-one coaching sessions are non-refundable due to reserved instructor time. If an instructor becomes unavailable, Mirathis will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Infoproducts: Refunds follow the criteria above regarding access thresholds. After access exceeds 20%, no refund can be granted.

Goods: Once returned goods pass inspection and meet the return conditions, refunds will be processed. Any defective item may be interactions platform or refunded at our discretion.

6. Changes to Terms

Mirathis may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
